Hailstone Barn is a truly unique property set in the rolling countryside of the south Cotswolds in a completely rural setting. With spacious accommodation throughout, a wood burning stove, open fire and delightful courtyard, wildflower and orchard gardens; and a tarmac surface tennis court.
This spacious holiday home features three bedrooms and three bath or shower rooms, two of which are on the ground floor. The third bedroom is accessed via the spiral staircase from the sun room and features a 5' king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The formal sitting room comfortably seats ten guests and features an open fire, wooden beams and french doors leading out to the deck. This luxury property comes complete with two televisions with Sky Q and a Sonos system.
Professionally landscaped by James Alexander Sinclair, the gardens are very special too with a courtyard which has been featured in Countrylife magazine 2020, wild flower gardens which have also been featured in The English Garden magazine 2021 and an orchard garden. During the warmer months, the decking provides a firepit, gas barbecue and beautiful garden furniture including hammocks. Enjoy extensive views of woodland and the rolling countryside or play a game of tennis on the tarmac surface complimentary to guests. Visit the town of Tetbury, just two miles away, famous for its many antique shops.
Hailstone Barn (6 guests) is only available to book outside of peak season. Hailstone Barn (10 Guests) is available to book throughout the year, sleeping ten guests in five bedrooms and offers the added bonus of an entertainment room with Sky television and its very own bar.

Children of all ages welcome.
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture and restrict large dogs to the boot room to sleep at night.
Cot, travel cot, two high chairs and five stair gates are available upon request.

Please bring your own tennis racquets and balls for use of the tennis court.
