One of seven well-appointed apartments at Sandy Lane, No. 4 is accessed via the first floor. Enter the lower level of this apartment into the spacious, bespoke kitchen and dining area with a stunning vaulted ceiling, boasting enormous windows and bi-folding doors to the balcony.
The bedrooms are stylish and furnished with flair. The two double bedrooms have luxury linens and wall mounted televisions. The master bedroom boasts a modern en-suite shower room, bedroom two has easy access to the separate family bathroom with a wonderful double ended bath.
Climb the oak staircase to the galleried sitting room with comfy sofas and a Smart television. There is a separate sitting area with indoor loungers and a well-stocked library. Gaze out and take in the sea views from Godrevy to St Ives. Underfloor heating makes the apartment cosy in all seasons.
Just a very short walk away is the railway station where you can board the small train which ambles along to the coast to St Ives. Alternatively, if you prefer a coastal walk, why not head to the coast path, just past the , and enjoy one of the most scenic coast paths in the country.
