More about Marram

A super family house in central Brancaster, close to both Brancaster Staithe, where you can go sailing and the fabulous, wide-open Brancaster beach - there's space to store your boat too. Perfect for sailors!

Marram is a light and airy comfortable house with 'upside down living' - the four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin and single) and two bathrooms (one is en-suite) are on the ground floor, whilst the first floor boasts a spacious and bright open-plan living space taking advantage of the open views. The garden is enclosed and private, and the driveway can accommodate up to three cars, with space left over for a boat too.

Perfectly located, with easy access to the beach and many superb local eating places, you might not want to venture too far afield, but if you do, you can always just catch the Coasthopper bus which regularly runs through the village all year round; it will take you to all the other wonderful villages along this beautiful coastline. If you love golf, The Royal West Norfolk Golf Course, an outstanding links course, runs parallel to Brancaster bay and the salt marsh. This is an area popular with walkers, sailors, cyclists, paddle boarders, kayakers, birdwatchers and dog owners! If you like shopping, trendy Burnham Market is just a few minutes drive away and, for beach lovers, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are not far.

Additional Information
One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
Access Note: The living area is on the first floor.
