An attractive brick and flint modern detached house in a quiet residential location just five minutes' walk from the centre of Burnham Market.
Owl Cottage offers beautifully furnished and well-equipped comfortable holiday accommodation for eight, ideal for families, couples and friends to enjoy all year round. The house has four bedrooms; three on the first floor (king-size, double and bunk), along with three bathrooms and, on the ground floor, a twin bedroom has a double width entry door and its own en-suite with a large shower with handrails. There is a superb large modern fitted kitchen with Foras stone floor and stunning dining area with a vaulted ceiling and french doors to three sides opening out onto the patio and enclosed, private garden. This is a great place for family meals and sociable get-togethers, summer and winter. The adjacent sitting room is really comfortable, and lovely and cosy with an open fire, just perfect for relaxing, chatting the night away and catching up with television favourites on Netflix and Amazon Prime. A small snug, with day bed, desk and television is an alternative quiet space for reading, watching television - or working, if you must!
Owl Cottage is tucked away from the main hub of the village, but it is easily reached on foot. Stroll down and enjoy the pretty village green with its grand Georgian houses, charming cottages, independent boutiques, shops and galleries, and an excellent choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants.
A ten minute drive will take you to the stunning North Norfolk coast with its wide open sandy beaches. There are two sea kayaks available for guests use at their own risk.
