Wainway is a collection of two larger interconnecting barns which can be found in Notgrove Gloucestershire. These barns are made from local materials and are ecologically friendly, using larch wood, steel and glass. It has underfloor heating and has been furnished with designer touches. Property one has an open-plan living room with a wood burner, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. It has three king-size bedrooms with three en suite shower rooms and WC, and a twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and WC. Property two has an open-plan living room with a wood burner, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. They have one ground floor twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, one king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one double bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is also a shared games room with table tennis, table football and a small pool table, as well as a connecting hallway with a washing machine. Food will be prepared for your arrival and an opportunity to cycle and tennis court hire services. There is a private terraced garden area, enclosed by an attractive iron fencing and yew tree hedging with a table and chairs provided. Further afield, surrounded by hundreds of acres, there are footpaths in the Notgrove Estate with farm animals such as friendly Alpacas, hens and sheep. There is ample off road parking available. Wainway is perfect for a group of friends and large families.
