Middlecombe Lodge is a superbly renovated property in the popular seaside village of Beesands. This four bedroom property has a fabulous master suite with sea views, three further bedrooms, and large lounge with log burner and a modern kitchen diner with rangemaster cooker. Outside is a level lawn with summerhouse and plenty of parking. This blissful house is just a two minute walk to the beautiful stretch of beach, the South West Coast Path, and an award winning pub, The Cricket Inn, and the renowned Britannia seafood restaurant. Middlecombe Lodge is sure to be a popular property throughout the year with cosy opulence inside and the wonderful South Hams waiting to be explored outside. Beesands is a traditional fishing village with a mile of beach, super views across Start Bay towards the mouth of the River Dart and right to Start Point Lighthouse, a pub and also a seafood restaurant to enjoy meals out. Beesands offers direct access to the South West Coast Path for keen walkers who want to experience spectacular views over the coastline and surrounding countryside. The towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes are all worth a visit and have a varied selection of shops, pubs and eateries along with places to try watersports or scenic riverboat trips. Dartmoor is just forty minutes away and there are many other places of interest for all ages in this wonderful area.
