This impressive property is in an excellent location with most of the rooms having stunning sea views. With a first-floor sun terrace, a glass fronted summer room and an attractive front garden with dining furniture, guests can really appreciate how special it is to be beside the sea. You can hear the waves lapping over the rocks and enjoy watching the ever-changing seascape without leaving the property. Named Waterfall after its unique feature of having its very own waterfall behind the house, everything about this property exceeds expectations.
The generous accommodation includes a sitting room, an open-plan dining room with full views out to the sea, leading onto a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. There is a laundry room to the rear of the kitchen and a double bedroom and shower room completes the ground floor accommodation. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a second shower room, and a quiet room/snug. On the second floor there are three further bedrooms, a spacious double, a generous twin with two double beds, and finally another twin bedroom. A large family bathroom with separate shower and a playroom with television and bean bags completes the accommodation in the main house.
Attached to the side of the house is a separate summer room where guests can gaze out to sea all day long regardless of the weather and the full glass doors can be opened to let the sea air in. There is a staircase going up the side of the house which takes you to the roof of the summer house where there is a delightful terrace with furniture affording you a wonderful vantage point to watch the waves. Continue up the external staircase and you come to the attractive hillside garden with its paths and abundant planting, and from the top of the garden you really do have a bird’s eye view.
