There is also a bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room, while outside is off-road parking as well as additional roadside parking. The Attic House is ideal for getting out and about in the Lincolnshire Wolds and on the east coast, a superb retreat for two.

Note: There is some restricted head height and low beam when entering the bathroom, please mind your head. Note: Due to the size of the property it is only suitable for one small dog. Note: The dog is not allowed in the bedroom of the property
