This delightful, semi-detached stone barn conversion is on a working farm and offers spacious holiday accommodation for parties up to eight people. The well-equipped fitted kitchen has exposed beams, giving it a ‘country farmhouse' feel and the dining area is also located in this space. The spacious sitting room is comfortable and welcoming with a stone feature fireplace housing an electric flame effect fire, giving instant warmth and a cosy feel to the room. The four bedrooms are light and appealing with sloping ceilings, making them snug and inviting and a real haven of peace. There are two bathrooms serving the property, one of which is a shower room on the ground floor. There is a lovely lawned area with furniture and fishing rights for the River Esk are available from the owner, as long as visitors have a fishing licence.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Whalebone Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Whalebone Cottage. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Note: This property lies on the A171 and is situated next to a caravan and camping site.
