Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Loading/unloading outside property only. Roadside parking 200 yards away at south end gardens, no restrictions free of charge. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Harbour 5 mins walk, beach 10 mins walk. Note: This property is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. Note: Some road noise can be heard. Note: Please note check in time for this property is from 3.30pm.
