Ferndown is a cosy ground floor cottage located on the edge of the picturesque village of Westleton in Suffolk, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms made up of one king-size double and one twin. There is a comfortable sitting room, a separate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious shower room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a large enclosed lawned garden which features a summerhouse. Onsite there is a lockable shed for up to 4 bicycles which can be made available upon request. Ferndown is a great base for exploring all that this delightful area has to offer.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and summerhouse. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Onsite there is a lockable shed for up to 4 bicycles which can be made available upon request. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Note: There is one step to access the property and one step down to the garden. Note: This is Friday changeover property which includes Christmas and New Year bookings
