Chiffchaff cottage is perfect for two lovebirds. With the North Norfolk coast just a short drive away, this romantic luxury cottage is set in beautiful West Raynham and is the perfect escape for those wanting a cosy retreat to return to after a busy day walking, cycling or exploring.
Arrive at Chiffchaff and you will be greeted with a warm welcome. This lovingly converted flint cottage overlooks the village chapel, open countryside and the West Raynham Estate. Having been beautifully restored and styled, it still retains plenty of character which makes this little bolt hole so special.
Decorated in a mix of soft greens and creams, it is beautiful yet practical and you will appreciate the fabulous wood burning stove, perfect for snuggling up in front of on a cool winter’s evening, watching Amazon prime videos or taking advantage of the Blu-Ray player.
With a well-equipped kitchen you have everything you need to put together a delicious romantic meal. Or head outside on warmer days and dine alfresco in the courtyard area, or in the outside brick-built summer dining room. Beyond this you will find a fabulous enclosed private lawned garden, perfect if you have a little one or dog and for also finding a quiet spot to read a book or to enjoy an afternoon snooze. Don’t be surprised to find the odd hen come across your path, it’s all part of the countryside charm.
This romantic get away is perfect for couples or equally a young family wanting to escape from a busy world in a pretty peaceful village. Make sure you bring your walking boots or cycles, you will be rewarded with quiet lanes and some wonderful birdlife and wildlife.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
There is a shared access path between the gardens, although this is not often used and therefore should not be a disturbance to your peace and quiet. Please don't allow dogs to use this shared access unaccompanied, you can get to Chiffchaff's private garden through the garden room.
