Enclosed gravel garden with furniture. Cycle storage available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Please note: The property is situated half a mile up an unmade farm-track which is bumpy and uneven in places. Please take care and be aware that in severe ice or snow the track may not be accessible without four wheel drive. The track passes through 2 gates over farmland which may sometimes contain livestock so appropriate footwear may be needed to open gates in wet weather. Please always leave gates open or closed as found. Please note: The property may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm due to the nature of the stairs and garden steps. Please note: that there is no signal for most mobile phone networks.
