This delightful detached flint-faced modern town house is set over three floors and offers glimpses of the church and sea beyond. Sitting at the top end of this seaside town, it is perfect for a family holiday or for couples wanting to get away any time of the year. Only a short walk into town where you will find numerous pubs and restaurants, this house also comes with a luxury hot tub, making it possible to enjoy the garden whatever time of year you choose to visit.

In the pretty seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, this modern light-filled house is ideally located within an easy stroll of The Buttlands with its picturesque square and popular pubs and restaurants and Staithe Street which bustles with locals and visitors wanting to explore the numerous independent shops that cascade down the pretty street towards the quay. Just a mile from the quay where the fishermen and their boats jostle for space and where you can enjoy a spot of gillying or ‘crabbing’ from the harbour wall. Wells is now much more a year-round destination and whether you enjoy walking or cycling the narrow country lanes, paddle boarding or kayaking through the creeks and channels, or simply want to soak up the sunshine on the beautiful sandy beach, this destination won’t disappoint.

With a laid back New England feel, this lovely property is perfect for making the most of quality time together,. Offering a well-equipped kitchen/dining room and spacious sitting room with french doors to the sunny south-facing patio and garden, which incidentally has astroturf so making it easy to enjoy all-year round, it also offers easy access to the luxury hot tub where you can socialise with friends or family whilst enjoying the bubbles and views of the church.

Upstairs on the first floor you'll find a super-king size bedroom with en-suite shower room and family bathroom plus a children's room which includes a single bed and bunk-beds for versatility. On the top floor there is a further double bedroom with separate shower room plus a snug with a small children's single bed, sofa, television and office work station, making it easy to work at 'home' if you need to.

Spacious and flexible, 6 Market Lane is a great space and an ideal base in any season for exploring this very special part of Norfolk. The family-friendly beach of Wells is only two miles away and a little further to the west you will find Holkham with its stunning beach, backed by pinewoods, vast parkland and country house estate.
