More about Myrtle Cottage

An absolutely adorable detached cottage for two, just perfect for a romantic getaway.

Tucked away on a quiet, private drive with views of Wells church, Myrtle Cottage has recently been lovingly renovated and simply decorated in a relaxed style and retains oodles of cottage charm. This super seaside hideaway has both central heating and a wood burning stove to keep you as snug as a bug around the year. Two pretty cottage gardens to enjoy and ensure you catch the sun's rays morning and afternoon, along with a covetable, private parking space. Comfortably furnished throughout, there's a modern bathroom (on the ground floor, of course!), and up the stairs (steep and winding, naturally!) on the first floor is a lovely, light and airy double bedroom adjoining a spacious landing. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and the sitting room, with a small dining area, is a cosy spot to spend the evening 'at home' relaxing after a busy day out and about.

Myrtle Cottage has an enviably peaceful location with easy access to all local amenities, be it shops, restaurants or cafes. A five minute picturesque stroll through the beautiful Buttlands Green to the quaint shopping area that runs down Staithe Street will lead you to the historic quayside at the bottom of the town. From here, a further fifteen minute walk along the sea defence pathway, and you will reach the town's jewel in the crown; the stunning sandy beach that stretches as far as the eye can see.

Additional Information
Sorry, no pets.
