This beautiful annexe is part of Tudor Cottage, a beautiful and lovingly restored Grade-II listed, bite-size Tudor manor house, set right in the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea, a few yards from the quay and sea. Sleeping two guests, this modern and contemporary luxury apartment, is set in the grounds of the manor house and is ideal for a couple wanting to relax in a wonderfully quiet setting, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants and wonderful beaches.
Access to the property is via an external staircase and through a stable door, which leads you into a wonderfully light and airy space. The owner has paid careful attention to everything and with luxurious and quality fixtures and fittings throughout, this is a very special little love nest for two, which comes with a double bedroom, large bathroom and open-plan living area with fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and relaxed seating area.
The very pretty walled garden is a feature of the property and is ideal for enjoying al fresco dining, although if and when Tudor Cottage is also booked, the garden and parking facilities will be shared. However, this should not in any way detract from your enjoyment of the property as there is plenty of privacy directly in front of and to the side of the annexe. Boasting beautiful views of the garden from all the windows, there is parking for one car within the grounds. Head out of the double gates and you will see the quay and sea to your left, where you can wander down to and watch the boats bring in their catch or watch while the sun goes down on an evening.
Dogs are very welcome and as the walled-garden is fully-enclosed, your little four-legged friend will be safe as houses.
Tudor Cottage Annexe is perfect if you want seclusion, but also ideal if you crave being in easy walking distance of all that is happening in this vibrant seaside town.
