The Pilchard is a beautifully presented and spacious seaside property just a short stroll from the quay, providing a fabulous base for a great family seaside holiday.
On the very popular Mainsail Yard development, it is a short stroll to the town centre. The accommodation is over three floors, with a large double aspect kitchen and dining space downstairs, sitting room with big squashy sofas, Juliette balcony and one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. All the furnishings and fittings are of a very high specification, with French antique furniture, artistic touches, granite worktops and leather sofas. Three modern bath / shower rooms give comfort and convenience to larger groups, and there's a lovely patio area with seating overlooking the marshes. Two private parking spaces is a bonus in the popular town of Wells.
