Holly Cottage is situated in a prime location on the leafy Georgian square ‘The Buttlands’ in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, an historic fishing port and popular seaside resort on the North Norfolk coast.
Holly Cottage forms part of a three property renovation including Holly House (sleeps eight) and Holly Lodge (sleeps six). All three are completely self-contained and have private secure gardens which are individually fenced, and would make an excellent base for larger groups.
The Holly properties are ideally situated on the edge of the Buttlands between The Globe and The Edinburgh, just one minute's walk from Staithe Street which bustles with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
