36 High Street is a period property with three good sized bedrooms, a pretty enclosed courtyard garden and a bright modern dining kitchen. It is a charming property with lots of original features and a great layout stemming from its heritage of originally being two cottages. This is a lovely family home with special touches designed to make younger guests feel welcome.

Situated in the heart of Wells on the old High Street, and just five minutes walk from the Quay and the Buttlands. Wells is full of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The stairs are Norfolk Winders. As with older, character properties these are steep, curved, enclosed and have a hand rail on one side only. There are also several steps between each room throughout the property.

Please note: The neighbouring cottage has pedestrian right of access through the garden to their garden, but this is rarely used.
