Trout Cottage is a ground floor, detached 200 year old cottage, set on a small working farm, in a rural location three miles from Waterville. The cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms which are a family room with a double and a 4' double bed and an en-suite shower room and a double bedroom. There is also a ground floor bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove and a utility room. Outside there is ample off road parking and a lawned and gravel garden with furniture. With a variety of attractions and stunning scenery to discover, Trout Cottage is a fantastic choice.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Trout Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
