Pub 50 yards, farm shop 0.25 miles, shops 3.2 miles. Note: The Rayburn that supports both the cooking and the heating can be independent from each other. Note: There is pedestrian access only to the side and rear of the property. Note: Due to uneven surface in garden, children to be supervised. Note: Children over 5 years old only.
