This detached converted farm building, arranged in reverse level style, has its own large garden and heated indoor swimming pool (shared with guests of Lower Well Farmhouse when in use) loads of outdoor space and is a perfect location for families and couples looking to explore the South Hams, Dartmoor and South Devons best beaches. The cottage has been substantially renovated and modernised. It has an atrium entrance and a fabulous kitchen diner, cloakroom/en-suite and twin bedroom on the ground floor, all with underfloor heating, and on the first floor a master bedroom with en-suite and a lounge with a high raftered vaulted ceiling from which to enjoy beautiful country views. It is attractive, warm and welcoming. SWIMMING POOL GUIDANCE · The pool is used only by cottage guests and farmhouse guests.
