There is also a ground-floor shower room and a ground-floor WC and basin. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside, you will find off-road parking for three cars and a spacious enclosed lawn garden. Tyrau Tywyn is a superb North Wales getaway.

One well-behaved pet welcome (All though enclosed garden, cannot guarantee pet proof) Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.3 miles and pub within 0.5 miles.
Please note: Welsh Water are replacing pipework in the local vicinity, this involved the occasional heavy duty vehicle driving past the property between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. There is also a temporary car park to the North of the property. The work is approximately 35 meters away from the property itself. Work is due to be completed by November 2019.
