The kitchen boasts an impressive island unit and offers plenty of space for cooking and dining. All 4 bedrooms are presented to a very high standard with oak flooring, charcterful exposed beams and all have ensuite bathrooms. The bohemian town of Totnes is upstream offering a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and the popular yachting port of Dartmouth can be found downstream. Centrally located in the stunning South Hams, visitors have access to many beautiful sandy beaches, plenty of market towns and villages, and country walks. Dartmoor National Park is only a short drive away, offering activities for the energetic, but the comfort and serenity of Perchwood Shippon always welcomes you home. Please Note: Dogs allowed in the kitchen and conservatory only.
