The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms over two floors, a family room with double and single day bed, a single and a twin (2’6” beds which convert to king size double), plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with open fire, a dining room and a kitchen and in the basement are a games room and cinema room. Outside is a small enclosed front garden with bike storage and a tiny walled courtyard with seats behind. With the town centre, estuary and ferry just 350 yards away, 24 Victoria Road is a fine house for an interesting Devon break.
