This charming holiday home is part of a small complex of converted barns just 20 minutes drive from the coast. It enjoys the use of a large, communal garden area; a superb, spacious on-site games room and a 15m heated indoor swimming pool.

Approached by a sweeping private driveway leading to Cannister Hall, Great Barn forms part of a small complex of converted Norfolk barns and enjoys lovely open countryside views; the use of a large, communal garden area; and a superb, spacious on-site games room, fitted out with a snooker table, table tennis and table football; as well as a 15m heated indoor swimming pool (please bring your own swimming towels).
With the the beautiful North Norfolk coastline only a twenty minute drive away and the nearby market town of Fakenham and all its facilities close by, there really is plenty on offer for all ages, at any time of year. The barn has lots of traditional features - exposed beams, timbers and interior brick walling - as well as all the mod cons and creature comforts to create a very comfortable and well-equipped holiday property.
There is a large wood burning stove and modern wall mounted heaters in each room will ensure your stay is warm and cosy. The excellent ratio of three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, plus a downstairs cloakroom will suit families or couples looking to enjoy a break in this pretty part of rural North Norfolk.
