Superbly situated between Hope Cove and Thurlestone Sands, Seamark Cottages sit in an outstanding headland position with far reaching views across the sea, over the golden stretches of Thurlestone Sands, to the village of Thurlestone itself and on towards Burgh Island. The South West coastal path currently runs from the end of the lane approaching the Seamark cottages following an inland route for 1.5 miles towards Hope Cove and can be picked up towards Thurlestone Sands a short distance from the doorstep. Walkers, windsurfers, dog owners, divers, golfers and children will revel in this marvellous location at any time of the year. Seamark is a small group of properties, which are individually owned and consist of four terraced cottages. They all provide excellent accommodation, are furnished to the highest standard including modern well-equipped kitchens, double glazing and oil fired central heating. All the properties have spectacular views and enjoy the communal use of an indoor heated swimming pool, games room and lawned garden.
This stunning cottage on two floors has been extended and totally refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and provides a large disability friendly ground floor bed-sitting room (designed to national accessibility standard M3). The apartment is ideal for the three generation family or for families with a member who has limited mobility. In front of the cottage is a paved and enclosed patio area that opens out to a large lawned area for the use of all the residents and with outstanding sea views.

Family bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Both the twin bedrooms can be made up as two singles or can be put together to form super king beds if required.
