For a perfect location in the heart of Thurlestone village, within a stones throw of the excellent village pub and 4 Star hotel & restaurant, plus easy walking distance to all of the fabulous sandy beaches of Thurlestone, and of course the South West Coastal Path which is only a five minute walk away, look no further than Swallow Cottage. This light and spacious property is one of several stone barns within the Church Farm development in the heart of Thurlestone village. Attached on each side but private in its location, Swallow Cottage hugs the corner of this square of fine barns and cottages and looks towards what were the old milking parlours and the village church. French windows extend out to the paved patio and lawn, edged with low stone walls. Beautifully presented, fresh and contemporary, Swallow Cottage is ideal for families or couples and provides a most comfortable and well equipped holiday home to enjoy all year round.
