Higher Sutton, a delightful Grade 2 listed Farmhouse dating back to the early 17th century, is located just outside the coastal village of South Milton in the small hamlet of Sutton. Tucked away up a rugged farm track lies this handsome and unique property, perfect for families looking for something special. A large cosy lounge plus an extra sitting room both boast exposed beams and log burners, perfect for relaxing in. The open plan kitchen diner provides the perfect space for large family suppers, with French doors leading out to the sunny patio area. Upstairs are 5 charming bedrooms with sizeable proportions and characterful features. The pretty garden wraps around the house, leading to the play barn with table tennis, pool table, and darts. Located in the midst of a working farm, but set back in its own grounds, guests can enjoy this rural setting, just a short drive from Thurlestone Sands and many other glorious sandy beaches. Thurlestone, Salcombe and Kingsbridge are all within easy reach offering many independent shops, quirky cafes and exclusive restaurants. The South West Coast Path is just under a mile away, providing bracing coastal walks with magnificent scenery along the way! A holiday to Higher Sutton certainly offers the whole family everything and you won;t be disappointed. A path leads directly from Higher Sutton to Thurlestone Beach, a beautiful stroll and direct from door to beachside.
