More about Little Rising

A superb, spacious and stylish modern bungalow tucked away from the main coast road in a quiet cul-de-sac, enjoying a wonderful south facing garden bordering open fields, and easy access to all the amenities of this popular village and its beautiful sandy beach.

As soon as you enter the front door of Little Rising you will feel the stresses and strains of daily life start to ebb away. Furnished in a sophisticated but easy, contemporary style the bungalow is light and airy and comfortably furnished throughout, with the main rooms enjoying lovely views over the wonderful south facing landscaped garden to the rear. With three bedrooms (king-size, double and single) and two bathrooms (one is en-suite), this lovely property will appeal to families, couples and friends all year round. There's a sitting room, sun room and conservatory to relax in, so plenty of space for everyone to spread out on cool or rainy days. On bright, sunny days, the beautifully maintained garden, which runs to three sides of the bungalow, is perfect for enjoying a lazy day 'at home', soaking up the sun, lighting the barbecue and dining al fresco. For nature lovers, the garden attracts a variety of wild and bird life, owls can also be spotted quartering the adjoining fields, and skeins of pink footed geese pass overhead in the winter months, which is truly magical.

Little Rising is located on the edge of the village, but it's only a short walk to some great places to eat - you really are spoilt for choice! The Coasthopper bus service runs regularly through the village and stops at all the coastal villages between Kings Lynn and Cromer if you feel like exploring further afield and want to leave the car behind. If you enjoy walking and/or birdwatching, the North Norfolk coastal path and Peddar's Way are on the doorstep, and Titchwell RSPB Reserve is only a short drive away. Thornham has it's own beautiful wide expanse of sandy beach which is easily reached by foot and car.
