There is also a bathroom and a ground floor wet room, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is ample off road parking and a private, enclosed garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub. Oak House is a fantastic family property with easy access to the Lincolnshire coast.
