Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 mile, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The futon sofa bed in only suitable to sleep 1 child, or 2 children under the age of 12 due to size of the bed being a small double. Note: The futon sofa bed in on a first floor mezzanine level, so may not be suitable for very young children.
