PLEASE SPEAK TO OUR FRIENDLY TEAM WHO WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP WITH THESE REQUESTS Sea Gem is a perfectly positioned two bedroom pad in the heart of the coastal village of Stoke Fleming. Guests can pull up to one of the two allocated spaces, meander through the communal hall and up to this first floor smart apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge is pretty and comfortable with views out over the village to the sea beyond. This great little home is superbly situated for couples or a small family to explore the coastline and stunning surrounding area. Stoke Fleming is positioned in a clifftop location with views out over Start Bay and down towards Blackpool Sands, and standing on the coastal road between the historic naval town of Dartmouth 2 miles away and the pretty town of Kingsbridge 13 miles away. Its position in this area of outstanding natural beauty and on the South West Coast Path lends itself to families and friends looking to enjoy scenic walks, watersports; at nearby beaches such as Blackpool Sands 1 mile away, and is perfect for exploring local villages, towns and local attractions. The village itself has a popular local pub The Green Dragon, village shop and a popular restaurant Radius 7 located opposite the apartment, whilst also benefitting from being on a good local bus route. This village is a fantastic base for a varied Devon holiday.

Double bedroom: 4;6 double, occasional chair, small Juliet style balcony.
