Ground Floor
On the ground floor the open plan sitting/dining room offers a fantastic wood burning stove (starter pack of logs, kindling matches etc provided in winter months), a 40” Smart TV, lovely comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs. The spacious kitchen has granite worktops, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, integrated microwave and a fabulous breakfast bar with stunning sea views. There is also a luxury cloak room with WC and hand wash basin.
First Floor
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed, built in wardrobe and 40”TV, the bunk room has a double bed, lower bunk and single bed upper bunk and has stunning sea views. The luxury bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.
Outside
Outside, across a communal path, the cottage has a small garden, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sea air and a gorgeous summer house which has lighting and a decking with table and chairs.
To the front is a private parking space and a small patio area.
There is wifi or internet access available at Vista Marina in Staithes. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Vista Marina's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
