Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car, plus unrestricted roadside parking directly opposite. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Coast 1 mile. Note: There are 3 steps up to the front door. Note: The mezzanine double bedroom is accessed directly from the stairs, has low sloping beamed ceilings and the bed is accessed from one side only.
