Swallows is an attractive barn conversion, one of a small group of cottages in the beautiful gardens of Chywoone Farmhouse, in a secluded rural position, half a mile from the pretty village of St Keverne on the Lizard Peninsula and can sleep two people in one bedroom. This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with breakfast area, a sitting room with a woodburner-effect electric fire and a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a private garden with shared use of a two acre rear garden with furniture. Swallows is an ideal base for discovering this wonderful area.

Garden

On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Swallows's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Television

There is one or more televisions at Swallows. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Dishwasher

Why waste part of your holiday doing the washing up. Swallows has a dishwasher installed to save you time, and family arguements, about the washing up. Everybody hates doing the washing up and the last thing you need is a big family arguement about who is going to do the washing up while you are on holiday.
