Approached along a private leafy lane, it sits within 400 acres of private grounds yet is within easy reach of Cornwall’s visitor hot spots and central to St Ives, Truro and Falmouth, Cornwall’s golden triangle. A stylish property, the living room boasts a contemporary wood burner, and the covered balcony area, has far-reaching views over open countrysidel. There is a master bedroom with twin beds on the ground floor that can be joined together to make a super kingsize bed. It also has built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a delightful freestanding bath with a shower attachment. Outside there is a lovely courtyard garden with furniture and a good shop, butchers, two pubs, restaurants and a post office can be found in St Day, just ½ a mile away.
