Perfect for a group gathering with family or friends, The Bank House is centrally located in the seaside village of St. Agnes next door to the church and a short walk to the beach. With five bedrooms and two sitting rooms (both with fires), there is space for everyone to either spread out or convene.

This stunning Grade II listed property has been beautifully refurbished and provides a welcoming blend of character and modern-day comfort.

Just half a mile away from the beach at Trevaunance Cove and right in the heart of St Agnes with a good selection of eateries and shopping, The Bank House has it all.

There are two sitting rooms, one with a cosy wood burning stove, window seat looking out to the village church and television with sound bar and Netflix, the smaller snug offers a perfect place for the younger members of the group to create their own cosy space with another wood burning stove, television and door out to the patio area. The kitchen is a delight with bespoke fitted units and granite tops along with superb appliances including a double oven. One of the five bedrooms is located on the ground floor along with a shower and utility room. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, three of them double and a single room. There is an en-suite to one of the bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside is a secluded patio garden with a barbecue and garden furniture. The area is gated so secure for storing bicycles or surf boards.
