Lovingly refurbished included underfloor heating and stylishly furnished, Beacon View is a perfect choice for a family holiday in this beautiful region of North Cornwall.
Downstairs, a modern, high end kitchen is well-equipped with a breakfast bar, oven, hob and contemporary extractor hood, along with a microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen area opens to the dining and sitting rooms where french doors lead out from the dining area to the enclosed, private garden. In the sitting area are comfortable sofas and a Smart television with DVD player. One of the three bedrooms is also located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed, Smart television and an en-suite shower room. Two more bedrooms can be found upstairs, one king-size and a twin room. Also on the first floor is a useful study area and the family bathroom.
Outside the garden is enclosed and private with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the Cornish evenings.
