6 The Old School house is a beautiful period property for up to five guests, nestled in the attractive seaside village of St Agnes. Located in a quiet courtyard, this holiday property is within walking distance of the local beach at Trevaunance Cove (popular with surfers), as well as the village centre and its collection of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. The area is also surrounded by a wealth of beautiful walking routes, making it the perfect base for exploring Cornwall.
This lovely holiday property combines a traditional feel with all the modern comforts required for a stress-free holiday by the coast. It’s a reverse level cottage, featuring a bright and airy open-plan living and kitchen area on the first floor. With cosy sofas, a smart television and a selection of games, this is a great place to relax after a day exploring Cornwall. Here you’ll also find a family dining area and a modern kitchen, equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The ground floor has three bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, one with twin beds and one with a single cabin-style bed. Each is bright and clean, complete with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. This floor also includes a shower room with WC and a family bathroom with WC and jacuzzi bath – ideal for winding down after hours on the beach! For our youngest guests, a cot and high-chair are also available.
Outside, you can relax on the communal lawns or fire up the barbecue. There’s storage for any bikes or beach equipment you might have, and off-road parking for up to two cars.
