Immediately feel relaxed as you enter the mature grounds of this bright and tastefully presented property surrounded by the sights and sounds of this charming stretch of Devon. Unwind in comfort in the properties light and stylish sitting room with feature window seat overlooking the local views, characterful wooden panelled ceiling and warming log fire or make the most of finer weather, relaxing in the spacious garden, enjoying a drink of something special on the first floor decked terrace. If an adventure beyond the garden is desired, there is an excellent choice of local walks straight from the front door and taking you onto nearby moorland, along picturesque valleys and streams and through local fields. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with options to eat alfresco style on the terrace or in the open plan dining area. All bedrooms are well furnished, feature ample storage and the master bedroom benefits from a contemporary ensuite bathroom. There is parking for two cars and the benefit of a PodPoint EV charger.
