4 Chantry Hill is a beautifully presented reverse level four bedroom property nestled in popular Slapton village, less than a mile from Slapton Sands. The layout of this property means time can be whiled away admiring the lovely views across the countryside and out to sea from the living room or the balcony with a gin and tonic when the sun shines. The kitchen is spacious, perfect for preparing special meals. There is a further terrace in the large garden at the rear of the property, perfect for relaxing or al fresco dining while children enjoy the outside space. This gorgeous home is perfect for your South Devon holiday being just a short walk to the village shop, and two great pubs, along with a picturesque nature reserve and the three mile stretch of beach between Torcross and Strete Gate. Slapton village boasts two excellent pubs, a community village shop, well stocked with local produce, a play park and some stunning walks around Slapton Ley. The millennium field at the top of the village offers a fantastic vantage point for gazing out over the rooftops to Start Bay and the lighthouse at Start Point. This picturesque location is situated less than a mile from Slapton Sands, and access to the South West Coast Path, 20 minutes; drive from the bustling market town of Kingsbridge and the historic town of Dartmouth. Salcombe is just half an hour by road, alternatively on the foot ferry from the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth. The bohemian hub of Totnes is also a 30 minute drive, with Dartmoor a little further on. This popular village is superb for exploring all the delights the South Hams has to offer.
