There is also a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, utility room, conservatory with a dining table, another dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside is an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture, a hot tub and an external shower. There is also ample off-road parking. Hickory House is a home-from-home in a delightful region of Cumbria.
