The Milking Parlour, a cute and comfortable retreat in an idyllic setting in the grounds of Stockbridge Farm - the perfect hideaway for two to relax, recharge and enjoy a glamping style experience.
Great news if you just want to get away for a long weekend or short break. The Milking Parlour accepts bookings for short breaks. So if you fancy a few days in Dorset to recharge your batteries then this cottage is well worth consideration.
A delightful converted former milking parlour, the glamping style accommodation includes a sitting area with dresser and television, a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a dining area with table and chairs, and a comfortable double bed. Heating is provided by a modern electric radiator. There is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC and heated towel rail. Outside is a small gravel area with a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous countryside views.
Located in the grounds of the marvellous wedding venue Stockbridge Farm Barn, this quaint little cottage offers a peaceful retreat in the glorious Dorset countryside. Situated just four miles south of the historic and popular town of Sherborne, The Milking Parlour has a delightfully styled interior with plenty of rural charm, and outdoor space with parking.
In summer open up the door and let the sunshine in, as you sit and enjoy the peace and quiet with your loved one in this wonderful setting.
The Milking Parlour is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful county of Dorset with its country lanes, quaint villages, market towns and outstanding coastline.
If additional accommodation is required, nearby are two quaint shepherd’s huts of Blossom and her Sister Apple sitting side-by-side just a minute away at Stockbridge Farm.
