The Linhay is a detached barn conversion situated on the owners' livestock farm, 0.7 miles from the Devon village of Sheepwash. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double with a freestanding bath and a first floor twin room, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture and use of a private, grass landing airstrip, subject to availability depending on weather conditions. The Linhay is a delightful base for a holidaying in Devon.

Chest freezer, two washing machines and tumble dryer in utility, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Sloped ceiling in twin room. Note: Part of the property?s electricity is supplied by solar panels and the water supply is from the owner?s bore hole. Note: Private grass landing airstrip on the farm available free of charge, subject to weather conditions. This needs to be pre-booked with the owner. Note: Day tickets to go fly fishing on River Torridge can be purchased from the local pub, or an adjacent farm for around £15 per day.
