Strictly no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. Note: The owners live in the farmhouse some 30 yards from the property. The main road is 20 yards from the front door, a quiet road but expect a little noise at peak times.
The cottage is on the owners small holding and therefore friendly farm dogs and free range chickens roaming freely.
