The apartment is split over two levels and sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Guests are able to load and unload outside the property and parking is available in public car parks nearby. Sandown is an ideal holiday apartment for those looking to spend some special time together, enjoying the simple pleasure the sun, sea and sand have to offer.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Loading/unloading outside the property with 2 hours free parking. Parking available in public car parks. Note: No children under the age of 8. Note: There are seven steps down to the lower level double bedroom. Note: This property is a 2nd floor apartment and is accessed via wide internal steps with intermittent landings, but may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
