This 4-bedroom semi detached town house is located in the heart of Sandbanks; just a few minutes walk away from the award winning sandy beaches. This modern, family friendly holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for 8 guests. Conveniently located, just a pleasant 5-minute walk away from the centre of Sandbanks is the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with there many attractions and events. Close by you can catch a crossing to the National Trust site of Brownsea Island where you may get a glimpse of the elusive red squirrel. Across the bay via the ferry, you can explore the stunning Isle of Purbeck, the village of Corfe Castle and the Jurassic Coast. Please Note: that we cannot permit pets at this property However, those guests with allergies please be aware that the owner has a dog who occasionally accompanies them on visits.

Bedroom 2:The garden bedroom has a two 3ft single beds that can be linked to make a King size. The room has doors opening onto the enclosed private courtyard garden area .
Bathroom with shower over the bath and a w/c on this floor.

Modern open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with doors opening onto a balcony from the lounge area with views over the communal garden withoutside furniture.
The kitchen features an integrated oven, microwave, ceramic hob,integrated dishwasherand washing machine, fridge/freezer. The seating area has an L shaped sofa and modern occasional chair facing a wall mounted SMART TV. The dining area has a table with seating for 8.
