Allensdown Barn is a beautiful, detached dwelling located next to 200-acre woodland in the owner's grounds, just outside the Mid Devon village of Sampford Peverell. It plays host to three bedrooms; two family rooms with a double and single bed followed by a ground floor 4' double with en-suite shower room, sleeping seven altogether. There is also a bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the exterior is off-road parking, a private lawned garden and access to a shared summer house, playing field, swimming pool and woodland. Allensdown Barn offers a refreshing holiday in a delightful part of England.
