Pitcairn is a beautiful semi-detached house located under 10 minutes; walk from Salcombe town centre. With a large fully enclosed south facing garden and 3 private parking spaces this property has features rarely seen in the popular seaside town. The house is modern, bright and spacious and boasts an abundance of stylish decor and nice touches throughout.
